Hauck, a leading supplier of baby and children’s products, is integrating its toys division into the hauck Fun for Kids umbrella brand with immediate effect.
In the course of this, the company also relocates the administration of this division to the traditional head- quarters in Sonnefeld. This will create a competence centre for the baby and toddler segment as well as toys. The joint sales department is headed by Barbara Kreibich.
The traditional company Hauck is bringing together its two segments Baby and Tod- dler as well as Toys in terms of personnel and organization at the location of Sonne- feld, Bavaria, where the company was founded in 1923 three generations ago. The toy brand hauck Toys for Kids will merge into the brand hauck Fun for Kids. In the nursery segment, Hauck is known for prams, pushchairs, highchairs, car seats, travel cots and safety gates. The product portfolio in the toy segment includes doll prams and acces- sories as well as outdoor products such as go-karts, balance bikes and ride-on vehi- cles.
Barbara Kreibich, an experienced and excellently networked manager with previous positions in management positions at the toy manufacturers Schleich and Bullyland, has been recruited to head the global toy sales department (Director Sales Toys) and at the same time as sales manager for the Hauck brand in Europe (Director Sales Eu- rope). Her team now offers its customers in the specialist and retail trade a compre- hensive range of products from birth to preschool age. Thanks to this versatile product range under a common, strong brand, Hauck is able to support parents and children in the long term – as a guarantee of quality, safety and innovation. The resulting syn- ergies will be used by the company for its further growth. A uniform brand identity, which is already under development, should make this possible and clear.
