Due to exponential growth, they are currently looking for a SENIOR SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONTENT EXECUTIVE to join their thriving marketing team, suitable for either a senior executive, or talented executive looking to take the next step in their career. You will play a vital role in assisting to drive further growth of the business by increasing awareness through a variety of social media platforms and writing engaging content which resonates with their audience.
This role would suit somebody with a genuine passion for social media and writing engaging content who has a creative mindset with the proven ability to drive business growth through successful content and campaigns.
Salary is £26k – £28k per annum (depending on experience) with working hours of Monday – Friday
8:30am – 5:00pm.
Contributing to the overarching social and content strategies.
Producing cross-channel creative assets to drive engagement and traffic.
Writing engaging and memorable blog, email, caption and site copy to support internal and external brand strategies.
Planning, executing, managing and optimising both brand campaigns and awareness driving activations.
Managing and executing an effective and well organised social and content calendar.
Analysing data to produce reports, continually identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
Ongoing community management to drive an engaged and active audience.
Ensuring all content is delivered on time, to set briefs and meets platform specifications.
Lead generation and development through creative campaign schedules and activity output.
Providing constant recommendations to modify and improve outcomes.
Executing frequent competitor research and trend spotting.
Using business systems such as Hootsuite, Magento and Brightpearl (training will be provided).
Working as part of a busy marketing team on the development and branding of the overall brand.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in social media, managing a large community.
Creative eye for content.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Canva, Adobe Photoshop and video editing software experience is desirable.
Proven ability to grow social reach and increase engagement .
Confident working Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Tiktok.
Strong collaboration and research skills.
Ability to analyse data, pull reports and assess the performance of campaigns.
Good organisational, communication and time management skills.
