As the UK’s leading safer sleep charity, The Lullaby Trust are delighted to partner with ergoPouch on their innovative HugMe Blanket (a sleeve-style blanket that promotes the use of the feet to foot position and cannot become loose or untucked).
The Lullaby Trust and ergoPouch have partnered with the HugMe blanket to help more families provide a safer sleep environment for their baby. This innovative product is a TOG-rated alternative to loose blankets in the crib and cot. A fitted mattress sleeve, the HugMe Blanket follows The Lullaby Trust’s safer sleep guidelines and is independently tested for safety. It’s easy to use and is flexible for different sleep environments.
The HugMe Blanket provides added warmth, security and comfort for a newborn during sleep without the risk of coming untucked. It offers two variations, both with two options for warmth, 0.2/1.0TOG and 1.0/2.5TOG — simply flip the sheet over to adjust the warmth, and follow their Bedding Temperature Guide. Made from the same soft stretch jersey as their sleeping bags and swaddles, it is breathable, non-toxic and soft on baby’s skin.
