The team at Rockit are celebrating a massive achievement as their stroller rocker has been named as one of the first nursery products to achieve this coveted seal of approval in the UK.

Since the Good Housekeeping Institute (GHI) first opened its doors in 1924, they have been testing and reviewing products and services to find the very best. This year they have expanded their state of the art product testing into the world of parenting.

All products are put through the GHI’s rigorous testing processes, evaluated by experts using a mix of their own scientific knowledge, industry experience and specialised equipment in the lab to put brands’ claims to the test.

Matt Dyson, Rockit co-founder said “As a consumer I know first-hand how important the GHI Approved seal is. It has offered me reassurance when I have been comparing products to buy myself, so as a designer I am delighted that our Rockit Rocker has been approved by such a trusted and prestigious body. This will have a massive impact on our brand and we have already started printing new packaging to let our customers know the good news”.

Laura Cohen, Commercial Director of the Good Housekeeping Institute commented “Data here at Hearst UK shows that parents with children under the age of 16 are a third more likely to say that product reviews have a major influence on purchasing decisions than the average consumer. We’ve seen this first hand with the GHI Approved endorsements over the years, and are now looking forward to working with the most innovative and exciting brands in the parenting space.”
