With Kind + Jugend 2025 less than twelve weeks away, attendees can look forward to a diverse roster of high-calibre exhibitors.
Nearly 90 percent of the exhibition space has already been allocated, with numerous companies from 42 countries on board for the leading international trade fair for high-quality baby and toddler products – including Germany, other European countries, the US, Australia and the UK.
“We are very pleased with the strong registration numbers and high level of interest from top-tier international brands as well as many small and medium-sized specialist providers,” says Jörg Schmale, Director of Kind + Jugend. “Equally pleasing is the return of several exhibitors who haven’t been in our halls since 2019. This shows just how important Kind + Jugend is in the industry’s international trade fair calendar.”
Among the companies already registered are well-known names such as Angelcare, Artsana/Chicco, Baby Trend, Britax Römer, Cam il mondo, CTP-Magic, Cybex, Emmaljunga, Ergobaby, Foppa Pedretti, Hauck, iCandy, Ideo Group, Joie/Nuna, Kids2, Lässig, Little Dutch, Motorola, Nuby, Peg Perego, Skip Hop, Smits-Jollein, Thule, Träumeland, Tutti Bambini, Zöllner and many others.
An overview of all the companies that have confirmed so far can be found in the preliminary list of exhibitors on the website.
New Trend Space brings together innovation, expertise and consulting
This year, Kind + Jugend is launching the new Trend Space – Playground for Innovation, Networking & Knowledge in Hall 11.2, a central meeting point that combines innovation, knowledge transfer and exchange. This strengthens the trade fair’s position as a driver of forward-looking trends in the industry.
Located in the middle of all the action, the Consultation & Knowledge Hub awaits visitors in a modern lounge setting. This space will feature a high-quality lecture programme, panels and discussions on key industry topics, plus personal consultations with selected experts. For more relaxed networking, the integrated food and beverage area provides the perfect environment for informal conversations. In addition, the Trend Space will house the Innovation Award Exhibition, showcasing the winning products and nominees of the Innovation Award 2025. Interested companies can still apply for the Innovation Award until 21 June.
Other dedicated areas such as the New Product Trail in Hall 10.2 provide targeted guidance and inspiration. The format gives trade visitors a concise overview of the most promising new products of the year and offers exhibitors additional placement for maximum visibility.
The popular Start-up Area in Halls 10.1 and 11.2 gives young international businesses a cost-effective platform for participating in Kind + Jugend. At the same time, the Young Innovators programme, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), helps create visibility for German newcomers.
Kind + Jugend 2025 will take place in Cologne from 9 to 11 September (Tuesday to Thursday). The successful schedule introduced in 2024 will be continued. The new September dates, immediately following Maison & Objet in Paris, have been well received by the market and help international participants plan their trade fair schedules more efficiently.
