BPIA Members Offered Exclusive Opportunity to Exhibit at CBME Shanghai 2026

The Baby Products Industry Association (BPIA) is pleased to announce an exclusive exhibiting opportunity for its members at CBME Shanghai 2026, taking place from 16–18 July 2026. As one of the world’s leading trade events for the children, baby and maternity sector, CBME offers UK brands a valuable platform to enter and grow within the Chinese market.

China remains one of the world’s largest and fastest-evolving markets for baby and maternity products, with strong demand for premium international brands. Chinese consumers increasingly prioritise quality, safety and trusted overseas products, while cross-border e-commerce has made market entry more accessible than ever for emerging brands.

For UK companies looking to explore opportunities in Asia, CBME Shanghai offers direct access to distributors, retailers, importers and leading e-commerce channels actively seeking new international products.

In collaboration with event organisers, BPIA members can access a tailored exhibiting package designed to support both established brands and those new to international trade. Members benefit from a 10% discount on standard booth rates, with 9sqm and 18sqm stand options available.

A limited-time introductory package has also been created for start-ups and first-time exhibitors to China. This turnkey 6sqm stand is priced at $1,250 USD (approx. £925), providing a cost-effective entry point and lowering typical barriers to overseas exhibiting. The initiative reflects a shared commitment to supporting emerging brands, with the expectation that participants will scale their presence at future events.

Exhibiting at CBME provides more than visibility, offering direct access to distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms seeking new products. For many brands, it serves as a key entry point for partnerships and distribution in a complex but rewarding market.

BPIA is also exploring a dedicated UK Pavilion to strengthen the presence of British brands. A joint webinar with CBME organisers is planned to provide market insights and practical guidance.

With the event approaching, members are encouraged to act promptly. For further information, contact Alina.Zeng@informa.com
