Mama Bamboo, the award-winning UK-based sustainable nappy brand, has launched a new series of free downloadable pregnancy guides, designed to support expectant parents while encouraging more conscious choices from the very beginning of their parenting journey.
The guide series, covers each stage of pregnancy – from very first finding out you are pregnant through potty training and weaning and all the poo incidents and nappy rashes in between. With practical advice, NHS-aligned guidance and a focus on simplifying the often-overwhelming world of baby products, the guides aim to empower parents to make informed, sustainable decisions without compromise.
The launch reflects a growing demand among UK families for trusted, accessible and environmentally responsible parenting resources.
“We know that pregnancy and early parenthood can feel like an information overload,” said Laura Crawford, Mama Bamboo Founder and CEO. “Our goal is to cut through the noise and provide genuinely useful, honest guidance – while helping parents understand what really matters when it comes to their baby’s first essentials and their early experiences. Our hope is that these guides help us to connect with parents earlier in their journey, and help to build lasting relationships based on trust, transparency and shared values around sustainability.”
The free checklists and guides are available from the Mama Bamboo website and also include expert‑led contributions from Mama Bamboo’s charity partners and specialists:
- The Ickle Pickles Children’s Charity, offering guidance for families experiencing neonatal care—an emotionally intense and often unexpected chapter.
- MANtenatal, the digital platform supporting dads, providing practical and emotional guidance to help fathers feel prepared and involved from day one.
