What to Expect from CuddleCo at Harrogate 2023

Last year, as the Harrogate International Nursery Fair came to a close, CuddleCo reflected on what was a very busy but fantastic weekend.
The positive reaction from retailers and visitors was a humbling moment for the CuddleCo team. Looking back on the success of last year’s show, they expressed how grateful they were for all their loyal customers as well as the many new faces who came to visit them.

A year of growth
The growth of the CuddleACo brand since last year’s show is clear, with searches increasing 84% in 2023 v 2022. The rise in parents searching for the brand hasn’t happened overnight, with CuddleCo attributing the growth to many different factors, including improving their digital customer experience, building a solid internal team infrastructure and most importantly, a big investment into supporting their retailers.

A major driver
The behind CuddleCo’s development as a brand has been their focus on upcoming interior trends, influencing the styles and types of nursery ranges they bring to market. CuddleCo are set on delivering inspiring, creative nurseries and most importantly, stylish products with commercial confidence for retailers and parents alike.

CuddleCo have supported their expanding trend-led product catalogue with digital campaigns that highlight new products and emerging trends that influenced them, one being colour drench and the different ways parents can style the Nola range for the nursery. Whether that be brilliantly bold and super modern or a way of adding a touch of colour to a neutral nursery.

The resurgence of rattan
After launching the Aria range using natural and sustainable materials last year (and winning a Banta award!) CuddleCo continue to see the rattan category grow in popularity, and they’re not alone. Many big Highstreet retailers are growing their offering within this market, and off the back of Aria’s success, CuddleCo are too. Adding additional accessories to the Aria range from baby to child.

Focused on providing style and substance, CuddleCo have developed a slightly more grown-up furniture range that wouldn’t look out of place in an older child or teenager’s room, giving it life beyond the nursery. With a modern mid-century design featuring a contemporary minimalist twist, the range incorporates calming elements of nature with rattan insets, combined with clean modern lines.

New neutrals
Another trend CuddleCo are excited to bring to the show is one that’s been seen everywhere, from fashion and home accessories to décor and lighting. The cashmere colour trend is now breaking into the world of nursery – and for good reason too. Both versatile and gender-neutral, this colour needs to be on your radar. CuddleCo have taken a contemporary cashmere twist on their best-selling Clara Furniture Range, ready to bring warmth and luxury to neutral nurseries across the country.

Another product update CuddleCo revealed was Nola White and Natural. Last year’s star of the show was CuddleCo’s colourful Nola. Its attractive price and eye-catching colour range offered affordable style for everyone. 12 months on, CuddleCo are returning with a new option that parents can refresh as their family grows. Nola White and Natural is the perfect blank canvas parents can style however they choose.

Good things come to those who wait
Building on the successful launch of the Aylo Stroller by Junior Jones, CuddleCo are excited to be previewing two new special editions at the show. Since launching the core range, the brand has received great feedback from their exclusive retailers and customers alike. A hit both on and offline, which is no surprise with influencers loving the brand.

On the top of everyone’s must-see list is Doona, who has 143 reasons alone to visit them. Armed with new products to preview they’re already the talk of the show. But don’t expect the products to be center stage of CuddleCo’s stand. Kept behind lock and key, the new products will be kept in a room of their own and available to view by appointment only. When it comes to Doona, CuddleCo’s lips are sealed.
