On 15 November 2024, the company received the prestigious GREEN INNOVATOR OF THE YEAR 2024 award in Berlin, which honors LÄSSIG for its exemplary commitment to sustainability and innovation.
WHAT IS THE INNOVATOR OF THE YEAR?
The INNOVATOR OF THE YEAR is the largest audience award in the German-speaking economy and has been honoring outstanding innovative spirit every year since 2017. The award is divided into three main categories: Innovator of the Year, Green Innovator of the Year and Innovation Site of the Year. A high-level jury of experts nominates 20 companies from various industries, which compete for the votes of tens of thousands of business decision-makers in a month-long public vote. This unique interaction puts the candidates in the spotlight. The participants with the most votes in each category receive an audience award at the ceremony. In addition the nomination committee awards an honorary prize to an outstanding personality.
HIGHLIGHT: CEREMONY FOR INNOVATOR OF THE YEAR 2024
On November 15, 2024, the glamorous INNOVATOR OF THE YEAR 2024 ceremony took place at the hotel Hilton in Berlin. Hosted by renowned tech influencer Lara Sophie Bothur, who exerts global influence with her “Tech for Good” initiative, the gala offered inspiring talks, exciting discussions and numerous networking opportunities. The innovative strength of German SMEs was also impressively demonstrated during the awards ceremony. The Innovator of the Year honorary award went to Hollywood star Ralf Moeller for his current initiative “Motivation Handwerk”. Claudia Lässig and her daughter Jana Lässig were on hand to accept the Green Innovator Award on behalf of the entire LÄSSIG team.
