Mauro Barban of Inglesina to retire

Mauro Barban, a familiar and highly respected figure within the international nursery industry, readies for retirement from his role at Inglesina following a career spanning several decades.

Throughout his time with the company, Mauro has worked closely with retailers, distributors and industry partners across numerous international markets, becoming a well-known face at trade exhibitions and industry events around the world.

For many within the nursery sector, Mauro has been a longstanding representative of Inglesina, helping to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners throughout Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, the Middle East and Asia.

Known for his professionalism, knowledge and approachable nature, Mauro has earned the respect of colleagues and industry professionals alike during a career that has seen significant change and evolution across the nursery market.

Reflecting on Mauro’s retirement, industry colleague and long-time friend Jonathan Feingold commented: “It is difficult to imagine our industry without Mauro. Over many decades I have had the privilege of working alongside him, and throughout that time he has always been an absolute gentleman, both professionally and personally.

“The nursery industry has benefited enormously from his knowledge, dedication and integrity. His contribution to Inglesina and to the wider industry has been immense. People such as Mauro are genuinely irreplaceable.

“We have shared many successes, challenges, projects and experiences over the years, and I know I speak for many throughout the industry when I say that he will be greatly missed. Whilst we are saddened to see him retire, we are delighted that he now has the opportunity to enjoy this next chapter of life, which is so richly deserved.”

As he steps away from the industry, colleagues, customers and friends will no doubt reflect on the many relationships built over the course of his career and wish him every success and happiness in retirement.
