The Swedish family company BabyBjörn is launching its newest innovations, Baby Carrier Hold and Baby Bouncer Begin at the Kind Und Jugend trade fair. The new baby essentials are the culmination of 65 years of baby product design expertise, as always, they have been developed in close collaboration with leading medical experts and families.
This year 2026, BabyBjörn is celebrating 65 years of supporting parents with small children in more than 50 countries. Since the launch of the first BabyBjörn baby carrier in 1973, 50 million babies have been carried in them close to their parents.
Baby Carrier Hold features unique buckles which are silent so as not to disturb the baby, with smooth edges. It is suitable from 0–18 months (or 7–30 lbs / 3.2–13.5 kg and 21–34 in/from 53 cm) and is adjustable for most wearers, XS to XXL. Available in two different fabrics, a brushed woven material that is soft and cosy but strong enough for long use, and airy and soft mesh which is flexible and breathable as it lets fresh air flow through. This helps release excess heat and cool both baby and parents down. All fabrics are certified Oeko Tex Standard 100, Class 1.
Available in Sand Gray, Light Green, Black and Cream.
Bouncer Begin offers ergonomic support from ‘head to hips’; babies are supported without the need for an additional insert. The Bouncer can be adjusted to different positions easily and it is acknowledged as ‘hip healthy’ by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute (IHDI).
Bouncer Begin is lightweight and foldable, making it easy to move around, store, and travel with. An easy-grip seat positioner allows for quick adjustments between positions. and the fabric seat is easily removed and machine washable.
Suitable from 0–9 months (6.2–20 lbs / 2.8–9 kg).
