Over 8,000 people tuned in to join ‘The World’s Largest Hypnobirthing Class’ hosted by Siobhan Miller, founder of The Positive Birth Company.

Miller, currently pregnant with her fourth child, smashed the record on Wednesday 6th July. The entrepreneur needed 3,000 peak concurrent viewers to set the record and was just shy of doubling this figure, hitting almost 6,000. In total 8,333 people tuned in from around the world to watch her live masterclass on YouTube.

The 1-hour live hypnobirthing class was completely free to attend and covered all the hypnobirthing essentials, equipping viewers with the knowledge and tools needed for a positive birth experience.

The masterclass was hosted on the anniversary of Miller’s 2021 Dragons Den airing. Last year, the businesswoman accepted an offer of £136,000 from Touker Suleyman & Tej Lalvani but later made the difficult decision to pull out. She recently shared an honest blog post explaining why she decided to pull the plug and say ‘I’m out’.

Setting a Guinness World Record is no mean feat, but doing so whilst 7 months pregnant, running a business and raising 3 children makes this one a particularly impressive achievement.

One viewer, said, “I am 28 weeks pregnant and I have just finished watching the Hypnobirthing Masterclass on YouTube and WOW! I am so grateful for all the knowledge you have shared Siobhan. I have also got your book and the Hypnobirthing course in hope that all this wonderful knowledge will make me feel empowered during labour. I am very, very grateful for the work you do at @thepositivebirthcompany Thank you very much”
