Ready…Set…Harrogate is here!

Harrogate Nursery Fair has opened its doors this morning, bringing together nursery brands, suppliers and retailers for three days of product discovery, fresh ideas and valuable industry connections. There is plenty to explore, so it is time to get into the halls and see what’s new!

The wait is over, and Harrogate Nursery Fair is officially open! Running from Sunday 18th to Tuesday 20th October, the show once again provides an important meeting point for the UK nursery trade, offering retailers the chance to explore new launches, catch up with familiar faces and discover something unexpected along the way.

“So, whether you’re here to source new products, spot emerging trends, strengthen supplier relationships or simply gather inspiration, make the most of your time at Harrogate”

With so much happening across the nursery market, there is no better time to get out and see what brands have been working on. From wheeled goods and car seats to feeding, furniture, sleep, toys, gifting and accessories, Harrogate brings together a broad spectrum of products under one roof, making it easier for retailers to research ranges and plan for the months ahead.

Among the brands exhibiting this year are some of the industry’s well-known names, including Joie, Nuna, Graco, BabyStyle, Venicci, Babymore, Cozy N Safe, Red Kite, iCandy, hauck, BeSafe, Cheeky Rascals, Chicco, CuddleCo, JoviKids, Tutti Bambini and BTL Diffusion. Alongside established suppliers, visitors can also seek out emerging brands and innovative newcomers, with plenty of opportunities to find products that could bring something different to their businesses.

Of course, one of the biggest advantages of a trade show is being able to get hands-on with the products. Online research has its place, but nothing quite compares with seeing a product up close, trying out its features and asking questions directly to the people behind it. Whether comparing pushchair folds, exploring the latest car seat developments or looking at practical solutions for feeding and sleep, seeing products in action can help retailers make more informed buying decisions.

And while appointments with regular suppliers are always worthwhile, don’t forget to leave a little time to wander. Some of the most interesting discoveries can happen when you step away from your schedule and come across a brand or product you hadn’t planned to see. For independent retailers in particular, these unexpected finds can offer fresh inspiration and new opportunities to strengthen their ranges.

Harrogate is also about people. Catching up with industry colleagues, meeting new contacts and chatting face-to-face with manufacturers and distributors remain valuable parts of the experience. These conversations offer insight into the thinking behind new products and help build relationships that continue long after the show closes.

So, whether you’re here to source new products, spot emerging trends, strengthen supplier relationships or simply gather inspiration, make the most of your time at Harrogate.
