Online4baby have achieved the highest ranking in the “Best baby and child store” survey carried out by Which?, the independent consumer association.
The body surveyed thousands of parents on their experiences purchasing from baby and child retailers, ranking them on factors including product quality, customer service, value for money and the returns process.
Online4baby came highest overall, achieving a score of 78%, above some notable household names, and were one of only 4 retailers awarded the ‘Which? Recommended Provider’ status.
