Bracknell based baby business, Natural Baby Shower, have won gold in the Absolutely Mama Awards 2024 and have been crowned Best Online Retailer.
The Absolutely Mama Awards are designed to honour the best brands in the world of parenting, from baby essentials to children’s fashion, to travel must-haves and toys. Every year, each category is judged by their loyal readers and an expert parenting panel.
Natural Baby Shower was awarded gold in the Best Online Retail category, beating Kidswear Collective and Eeny Meeny to the top spot.
Over the past few years, NBS have worked to build their online retail presence and have made a number of improvements to their website to ensure that their customers have the smoothest shopping experience possible – parenting is already stressful enough. They have a blog that’s always up to date with fresh content including advice, parenting tips, product comparisons and recommendations. If customers aren’t able to make it into their gorgeous store in Bagshot, Surrey, NBS have developed an innovative video call service where they can have a one-way personalised call with one of their in-store nursery specialists where they can view product demos and ask any questions they may have about the products.
