With the World turning to online solutions more than ever in 2020, Shnuggle have embraced the challenges this year has delivered by adapting virtually for key sales periods.
For the Virtual K&J event, the Shnuggle sales team made it a priority to connect with its retail and distributor customers around the world by making online meetings as interactive as possible. Demo areas were set up around the office with a full bedroom set being built in the boardroom to replicate the ‘on-stand’ theatre buyers would normally experience.
Over the dates that K&J would normally have taken place the Shnuggle team held 1-1 video sessions to provide a full business update, to showcase and demonstrate the full product range and exciting launches this year, plus share plans of new product development and company news in the pipeline.
‘It was incredibly important that we did not lose momentum this year despite the uncertainty we all faced’ says Sinead Murphy, Co-Founder of Shnuggle. ‘We wanted to touch base and deliver a positive message to our customers and felt that adding theatre and as much interaction as was possible to our online meetings would help to bring the product to life as much as it would at a physical show. As a business, we have a great story to tell and 2020 has not slowed down NPD or launch plans as not only do babies continue to be born, but this year will most certainly deliver a baby boom we need to be ready for!’
