Alongside the triple recline function, the car seat now boasts a range of new features, such as a Soft Release System to create the smoothest transition and minimise disturbances when going from car seat to stroller mode; as well as Easy-Fastening Shoulder Pads, making it way easier to place babies into the seat. Doona X also comes with the Doona SIP (Side Impact Protection) add-on. This new feature offers extra protection for the baby by absorbing energy in case of a side collision.
