Founded by sisters and mums-of-four Gem and Eve, Calm & Bright’s evidence-based, baby-led approach has helped over 20,000 families reclaim rest and get a full night’s sleep. Now, as Mamas & Papas’ Resident Sleep Experts, the duo—hailed as “sleep angels” by the families they support—will provide accessible, expert-backed advice via the Mamas & Papas app, website, social channels and selected in-store experiences.

To celebrate the launch, Gem and Eve will host a live sleep Q&A and meet-and-greet event in partnership with The Mum Club at the new Mamas & Papas flagship store at Trafford Centre, Manchester, opening Friday, 30th May 2025. Parents will have the chance to meet the Sleep Sisters in person and get tailored advice in a relaxed, family-friendly setting.
